What services do you offer?
I offer therapeutic massage tailored to your needs, including deep tissue, sports massage, Swedish massage and more. Cupping, hot stones, and salt scrubs are available as add-ons. Each session is customized based on your goals.

How long are the sessions?
Sessions are available in 60 and 90 minutes of hands-on time. Unlike chain massage locations where you may receive less actual treatment time, sessions here are focused and uninterrupted. Longer sessions allow for more detailed, full-body work.

How much does it cost?
Pricing varies by session length. Please visit the services page for current rates and availability.

Where are you located?
I’m based in Miami Beach. Exact location details are provided upon booking.

Do you offer mobile (outcall) sessions?
Yes, mobile sessions are available upon request. Additional travel fees may apply depending on distance.

How do I book?
All sessions must be booked in advance via text or call. A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. No same-day bookings.

Do you ever offer same-day appointments?
Same-day appointments are generally not available. If accommodated, a $50 same-day service fee will apply.

What is your cancellation policy?
At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be charged in full. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment with proper notice.

Do you accept insurance?
No, I do not accept insurance. HSA/FSA is available—please ask for details.

What should I expect during my first session?
We’ll start with a brief intake to understand your goals, pain points, and history. From there, the session is fully tailored to you.

Do I need to undress completely?
Only to your level of comfort. Proper draping is always used to ensure professionalism and privacy.

Is this a clinical or relaxation-focused service?
This is results-driven bodywork. While it can be relaxing, the primary goal is improving function, reducing pain, and supporting recovery.

Who is this for?
Ideal for people dealing with chronic tension, injuries, stress, or anyone serious about maintaining their body.

Who is this NOT for?
If you’re just looking for a spa-style, light-touch experience, or inappropriate touching this may not be the right fit.
